We Carry It Around

This is a story of trauma. An old camera triggers a childhood trauma for the main character Daria. We used the camera to watch her as she battles the reemergence of these feelings. Filmed in the spring of 2021, NYU would not provide any equipment. The result shows our efforts from a Sony A7SIII with a 24-70mm wide open at f/2.8. a tripod, and an Aperture MC puck light.
